Bombs can be built by an instructor using a variety of components and methods.

The kit is provided in one metal briefcase.
Different types of power source, as follows: 4 X 1.5 volt battery pack. 9 volt alkaline. 9 volt zinc carbon. 12 volt battery lithium.
Different types of mechanism that provide feedback when activated (light, sound etc, to mark the “explosion”). The mechanisms are as follows: Clockwork countdown timer. Electronic countdown timer. Homemade electronic timer. Barometric switch. Light-sensitive booby-trap. Tilt or trembler booby-trap. Anti-opening device.
In addition, we have simulated explosive (RDX and/ or Semtex) as follows: Simulated explosive without detonator. Simulated explosive with side-mounted detonator. Simulated explosive and mounted detonator.

Copper electric delay detonator, similar to those used in real events throughout Europe. Every item provided in the kit provides an accurate X-ray signature. This kit is ideal for use in classroom training (by demonstrating all the elements and constructing a bomb by different methods) and for training X-ray operators (in identifying both entire bombs and separate components as required and as a drill/ testing kit for X-ray operators).
